Ferrari 458 Spider will debut at Frankfurt 2011
The Ferrari 458 Italia is perhaps the best car Ferrari has ever made. And Ferrari are going to make sure they make the most of the 458′s status as the best supercar in its class by introducing the Ferrari 458 Spider at next month’s Frankfurt Motor Show. The big news for the 458 Spider is that it’s going to get a folding hardtop instead of the canvas roof the 430 Spider got.
Mini is introducing an updated iPhone app for the Mini Connected system. It displays performance data in the entertainment screen in Minis that have Visual Boost or with a navigation system and the Mini Connected option. The main functions of the system include a condition check, force meter and digital sports instruments.
In November, Dodge added the Avenger, Challenger and Charger vehicles to the list of Blacktop special editions. Dodge says they were received well, and the company is adding the Journey, Durango and Grand Caravan to the list of cars that can get the Blacktop treatment. The Grand Caravan Blacktop comes equipped with 17-inch polished aluminum wheels with black accents, black grille, black headlight bezels and fog lights.
